Pets
Pets are welcome, always subject to prior consultation.
The care of the animal and any damage that may be caused will be the responsibility of its owner.
Visits from family or friends
The house is exclusively for the people included in the booking.
Visits from family members or friends are not permitted without prior consultation.
Services and house rules
Barbecue and fireplace
You don’t need to worry about firewood: we will provide it at no additional cost. We kindly ask you to use it responsibly and never dispose of ashes outside the house.
The barbecue may be used whenever fires are permitted according to current regulations and the prevailing fire risk level.
During the winter season, if requested, you can find the fireplace lit upon arrival.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is available to our guests throughout their stay. Please note that there is no lifeguard or supervision service, so guests must carefully follow the pool rules.
The pool is surrounded by a safety fence for young children, and access is through a gate that remains locked.
How to make a booking
You can make a booking through our website, by telephone or by email. In any case, you will receive a pre-booking email containing all the information and conditions required to confirm your booking.
To confirm the booking, a 25% deposit of the total amount must be paid. Once we receive the bank payment notification, we will send you a confirmation email.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, either in cash, by instant bank transfer or via Bizum.
A security deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount must also be paid.
